Spanning over 4,000 m² dedicated to storage, Lido Tim understands that efficient stock management is crucial for providing seamless and agile service. Our fully computerized logistics system ensures precise distribution both domestically and internationally.
Workshop Area: The Heart of Our Innovation
Encompassing 1,200 m², this pivotal area is where Lido Tim's product excellence begins. Here, all product molds are meticulously designed, created, and repaired. Equipped with a comprehensive array of lathes, milling machines, and state-of-the-art machining centers, alongside advanced computer systems and the latest 3D mold design software, we ensure unparalleled precision from conception to creation.
Mold Logistics Areas: Ensuring Consistent Quality
Lido Tim maintains a dedicated 500 m² space for the strategic storage of most of our molds. Featuring a fully equipped workshop and a highly skilled team, this area is focused on proactively maintaining every mold in optimal condition. This meticulous approach guarantees consistent, high-quality production across all our product lines.
Production Areas: Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities
Our production capabilities are housed within 4,400 m² spread across four meticulously equipped warehouses. These advanced facilities feature over 56 state-of-the-art injection molding machines, with a broad range of capacities from 45 to 2,100 tons. This powerful infrastructure enables us to deliver highly precise and efficient manufacturing solutions tailored to diverse needs.
Laboratory and Technical Area: Fostering Innovation and Expertise
Recognizing that innovation and continuous learning are vital, Lido Tim dedicates over 800 m² to offices, technical workspaces, laboratories, and a well-appointed training room capable of accommodating over 50 individuals. Fully equipped with a projector, screens, wireless sound, and all necessary tools, this space serves as a hub for meetings, technical seminars, conferences, and press briefings.
Support Logistics Warehouses: Enhancing Responsiveness
Complementing our main storage, Lido Tim operates over 1,800 m² of additional support logistics facilities. These strategically located spaces enhance our overall stock management, ensuring superior organization and product availability to respond swiftly and effectively to evolving market demands.
DYNAMIC SHOWROOM
We have developed an innovative exhibition and training space exceeding 450 m², meticulously designed to offer an interactive and enriching experience. This dynamic showroom seamlessly integrates with our facilities, providing real-time demonstrations, including installation tests based on our patented NetvitcSystem® and other product systems.
This dedicated space allows us to not only showcase the quality and efficiency of our products but also to clearly and practically convey the fundamental principles that underpin our business philosophy. Through these live demonstrations, we strengthen our clients' trust, fostering an active exchange of experience and knowledge.
